New income requirements as of 1 January

The standard amounts within the context of the Minimum Wage and Minimum Holiday Allowance Act are reviewed by the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment each year on 1 January and 1 July and published in the Government Gazette. So the standard amounts are valid until a new standard amount is announced by the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment. The working instructions contain information on the minimum income requirements for the application for or granting of a residence permit as of 1 January 2021. The new income requirements will be published on www.ind.nl on 2 January 2021.
