Login Business Portal

eHerkenning required

You need eHerkenning level 3 (EH3) or higher to log in to the Business Portal. Read how to apply at eHerkenning.nl. After you apply, it may take a few days to log in.

Authorisation

Do you want another company or organisation (intermediary) to use the Business Portal on behalf of you? This is possible with a chain authorisation. You or your intermediary applies for the chain authorisation to the supplier of eHerkenning. The manager of eHerkenning within your organisation can help you with this. Chain authorisation mandatory since 4 November 2024

Since 4 November 2024 intermediaries can only log in with a chain authorisation. An authorisation by the IND is no longer valid. Read our frequently asked questions on eHerkenning and authorisations for the Business Portal.

Services Business Portal

 The Business Portal is currently only available for recognised sponsors and their authorised intermediaries. The following services are available:

  • submit applications; 
    You only see the applications that you have to submit for your employees. Other applications, like a permanent residence permit, can only be submitted by your employee. Your employees themselves can see which applications they can submit in their situations in My IND.
  • view the status of your submitted applications
  • register or de-register an employee; 
  • report a change in the situation of an employee or recognised sponsor
  • view account information; 
  • access to file documents. 

The IND refreshes the information in the portal once a day.

Reporting technical issues

Do you have login problems or are there technical issues in the Business Portal? First check if these problems are not caused by your Internet provider or supplier of your eHerkenning? Is this not the issue? Then see if the solution to your problem can be found in frequently asked questions and answers about the Business Portal.

Do you continue to have technical problems? Please send an e-mail to Team Zakelijk (Team Business Relationship Management) with the following information:

  • screenshot of the error which also shows the internet address;
  • Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel or KVK) number;
  • date and exact time of the error;
  • short description of the problem or technical issue.

Upon receipt, the IND will assess your report.
