Repeated message: IND switches to chain authorisation

In the newsletter of 26 August 2024, we wrote that the IND is switching to a different method of authorisation for the Business Portal. We would like to point this out to you again. Do you want another party (intermediary) to arrange matters in the Business Portal on behalf of your organisation? Or are you an intermediary? As of 4 November 2024, logging in to the Business Portal will only be possible with a chain authorisation. An authorisation from the IND itself will then no longer be valid. 

A chain authorisation gives you more control over who uses the authorisation. Please note that a chain authorisation can cost money. The cost depends on your ‘eHerkenning’ supplier. Read more about authorisations for the Business Portal.
